We are fully accredited with all leading consumer protection and industry organisations. We go over and beyond the requirements that are asked of us to ensure that your installation is to the highest standard.

Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC)

RECC sets out high consumer protection standards for businesses who sell renewable energy systems to domestic consumers. RECC is approved by Chartered Trading Standards Institute as part of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme and is also a TrustMark Scheme Operator.

Home Insulation and Energy Systems (HIES)

One of the most respected accreditations in the industry is the HIES accreditation. HIES is a non-profit consumer protection organisation that provides accreditation to renewable energy installers. The HIES accreditation process is rigorous, and it ensures that installers meet strict standards for technical expertise, customer service, and quality of work.

Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS)

MCS is an industry-led quality assurance scheme, which demonstrates the quality and reliability of approved products and installation companies. MCS accreditation is a sign of excellence in a renewable installer.  It demonstrates that a company or its employees are competent to install a range of small-scale renewables including solar PV. It shows that installers are fully qualified and are working to the highest industry standards. If your technology is eligible for a government incentive, you will need to be able to provide MCS certification to claim this.

The National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT)

NAPIT is one of the leading Government authorised and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operators in the building services and fabric sector. For consumers this means access to installers who have demonstrated their competence and undertaken to comply with the requirements of particular schemes with regard to quality, safety and compliance.

Energy Performance Validation Scheme (EPVS)

EPVS is a certification standard that validates the processes used by installers to ensure energy-saving, generating and/or storing calculations/estimates for home energy products are accurate and valid. They aim to protect consumers from receiving incorrect performance estimates, running costs, and where applicable, incentive income or grants by auditing the contractual paperwork to ensure it meets our certification standard. Each EPVS member has gone through a rigorous process and had to satisfy EPVS that all documentation provided to consumers is up to standard. They monitor members to ensure they are giving consumers accurate performance estimates and monetary savings.
